On the next 25-26th October, the 2nd International Conference dedicated to the “Global Challenges of XXI Century” related to Mental Health Care will take part in Kiev.
The conference will be managed by a large number of scientific partners, among them the Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy and NDSAN, with the aim of facing the problem of Mental Health Care (MHC) in the contemporary world.
Nowadays, according to the World Health Organization, up to 25% of all people worldwide is affected in different periods of their lives by mental or behavioural disorders. The WHO affirms that in the future this dramatic situation will be worse, considering the ageing population and the increase of social and economic problems.
For this reason, this Conference is aimed to be a meeting point for academic and non-academic network of researchers, practitioners and policy-makers involved and interested in the field.
It will be an important occasion in order to promote high quality research on Mental Health in developing countries and to investigate the multicultural aspects of specific issues related to MHC.
It will be organized several seminars and workshops for sharing good practices in the field of Mental Health Care.
In order to join the Conference, the participants will be invited to submit an extended abstract of their research papers for peer-review until the 15th July and, until the 2nd October 2018, they have to send the full paper by e-mail to the address email@example.com .
