Last February 5th took place in Sapienza University of Rome the kick-off meeting of the project R.e.New.a.l. Skills – Real Estate New Alternative Skills , co-funded by the Erasmus Plus Programme.
This innovative project, led by the Italian Business School “Mands – Master and Skills” aims to overcome the traditional buying & selling logic and increase the influence of managerial culture in the sector, integrating VET (Vocational and Education Training) with the fundamentals for developing an integrated management of profitable assets.
The main purpose of R.e.new.a.l. Skills project is the definition and the promotion of a new set of knowledge, skills and competencies for Real Estate occupations.
In R.e.New.a.l. Skills are involved 12 partners from all across Europe and representing the Real Estate & Facility Management sector, technical partners in the field of Health, and VET providers, with the primary objective to stimulate a multidisciplinary research activity.
During this pilot EU project, 30 European new graduates and professionals will make informal, non-formal and work-based learning experiences.
Then, the learning outcomes will be discussed within a Permanent Forum by national competent institutions and other EU interlocutors for the ECVET (European credit system for vocational education and training) implementation.
